This is a prime location in the desert surrounded by palm trees and mountain views. Located just minutes from the El Paseo shopping and dining district, and close to many attractions including world-class golf, excellent hiking trails, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas), and the Indio Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stagecoach). Also, conveniently located just 20-minutes from the Palm Springs Airport (PSP).

This 3-bedroom home boasts an open floor plan with spacious kitchen, dining, and living area for perfect entertaining. The large master suite features a king size bed, seating and TV area, and a beautiful master bathroom. All guest rooms are well appointed with TVs, beds, night stands, and plenty of clothing storage for longer stays.

Perfect for indoor/outdoor living, nearly every door in the house opens to the newly renovated, modern outdoor space. It's the perfect place to lounge poolside, relax in the hot tub, dine under the trees or escape with a book. This large outdoor area includes luxury lounge chairs, a gas grill, outdoor table seating for 6, a hammock, umbrellas, pool floats and additional seating.

This is your perfect desert getaway to enjoy the sun and all the Coachella Valley has to offer.
