Two beautiful en suite bedrooms with updated bathrooms provide comfort and privacy. The primary suite is spacious with a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio, the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee before an early morning start.



There is also a comfortable den where kids can watch a movie while the parents are entertaining, or for guests that may need a quiet workspace. And a third full bathroom is just across the hall next to the laundry room. The 1 car garage has room for 1 guest car.



Guest Access:

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.



CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.



Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters. And the nearest pool is directly across the street from this unit.

Located within the beautiful Palm Valley Country Club, this home offers a peaceful setting with lush greenbelts, sparkling lakes, and stunning mountain views. You'll be just a short walk to one of the community's neighborhood pools and spas, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim or relax in the sunshine.

Getting around Palm Desert is easy by car, with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and golf courses all just a short drive away. You're conveniently located near El Paseo, Acrisure Arena, The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, and numerous hiking trails, making it simple to explore everything the Coachella Valley has to offer. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.!
