Whether you’re grilling on the gas grill, sipping wine while watching the sunset, or enjoying a starlit dinner in the clear desert sky, this space has it all. Relax on the chaise lounges with your favorite book and soak up the sun. The community pool and spa are just 250 feet away, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
INDOORS
The bright and spacious living and dining areas offer stunning views of the golf course through large sliding doors. The oversized sofas are perfect for relaxing while enjoying your favorite movies or sports. The dining table has ample seating for six adults, and for entertaining, a convenient wet bar is located between the patio and the living room. On cooler evenings, you can turn on the fire feature and cuddle up with your loved ones.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table with views of the golf course, and plenty of storage space for your groceries, along with all the utensils needed for meal preparation.
The unique feature of a media room offers extra comfort for watching your favorite movies and sports shows.
This unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and two parking spaces in the garage.

Fantastic location for views and sun and close to pools. Appreciated the welcoming bottle of wine and snacks. Main bed was a little hard for our preferences. Would stay again for sure.
