This upstairs corner unit affords stunning mountain views from two private balconies. Community pools, spas and tennis complete this active resort lifestyle. All the electronic amenities, including Smart TV in the living room with surround sound and Smart TV's in both the master and guest bedroom. Also, Stereo, Wireless Internet and long distance with International calling included.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
