The owners use this home themselves often, so they have included all the essentials like high-speed internet access, 3 flat-screen televisions, very comfortable midcentury-inspired furnishings, and hotel-quality mattresses. This is a stylish yet livable, carefree home where you can put your feet up, relax, and not worry about a thing.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Large sliding glass doors at the back of the sunroom reveal the resort-style pool yard and spectacular mountain views. The backyard is completely walled and gated for privacy. The recently upgraded sundrenched pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges, occasional seating, shade umbrellas, a fire pit lounge, and a covered outdoor living room. There is a gas barbecue and al fresco dining—perfect for poolside dinners “at home.”
