"Palm Spring experienced a March heatwave with temperatures up to 102f. Our suite was on the top floor and the aircon was inadequate to manage a reasonable room temperature so we slept very badly. A rather unsympathetic maintenance man, with his very pleasant assistant, visited and adjusted the vents. However, this just made things even worse. Finally, we were moved to a lower floor, and the temperature was OK. Not the sort of thing one expects from a 4star+ hotel at $400+ per night im Palm Springs which frequently endures these temperatures in the summer months. This is not our first stay at this hotel which is, in all other respects, absolutely outstanding with a wonderful pool area, sumptuously well- equipped gym .... I could go on!"

"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

"Great place. Bed very comfortable and clean. Was here for work and it was very relaxing place after hard work. I enjoyed that there was a refrigerator and microwave. That was cool. Room smelled great when I arrived and good AC system since the weather was over 104 degrees. Definetely recommend this place."

"We had a water leak that came through the ceiling, dripping all night. The bathroom was unusable. The hotel was fully booked so they could not move us to another room. They credited the charge on the room. "
