Let's talk about being 1 block from all the fun and activity of downtown Palm Springs. This lovely 1BD/1BA second-floor condo is within the gated community of Plaza Villas community. You'll find reserved parking, 2 community pools, hot tub, and a tennis court. Did we mention it's a quick 5-min WALK to shops and restaurants?

The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked for the perfect little getaway. Everything you need, whether you are solo or with a 2nd person, can be found within the unit. This is a dog-friendly property, so bring along with favorite four-legged friend. There is a BBQ grill (not pictured) on the front patio.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

Exactly As Advertised

We really enjoyed our stay. Checking in was seamless and the apartment was nice and clean it had everything we needed. The location was great for attending the jazz festival at the convention center. We would definitly stay here again.

Downtown Palm Springs

Excellent location - easy walking distance to Main Street. Nicely appointed, comfortable bed, good black out curtains, double sink in bathroom and large closet. Perfect little unit for a couple.

Great location

We were able to walk to all the action from our place. Very convenient. Size of condo was fine for 2 people. Baseboards need cleaning. Otherwise all else was great.

Desert Oasis

We cannot say enough positive things about this property. The location is perfect for a nice walk to downtown Palm Springs for a Starbucks... and then back for a sunny day at the pools. This property common grounds are some of the finest. Checkin and communication with owner was flawless. We will definitely be keeping this property at the top of our list, Top notch. Property is great (bar a few improvements) but management company is terrible

The management company did not communicate or more accurate to say they sent a lot of instructions but never replied to any questions or concerns.
