Per the rules of the city of Palm Springs, all guests are required to do the following
- sign a rental agreement
- fill out the rules & regulations form
- submit a copy of the primary guest's ID
*primary guest must be 25 years or older.

Pool/Spa Heating:
- There is a fee for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. Please see detailed pricing below

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Our home has a doorbell video camera. This camera is activated by motion.


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.



During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

Please note that pool cleaners come Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Friday, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay
