Downtown Mid-Century Gem with Pool & Mountain Views, Heated Spa, Sleeps 4!
- Look at the views of the sparkling pool and mountains from your patio and dinning area located in the prestigious Historic Tennis District. It is across the street from Spencer's Restaurant, and hiking trails, and a few blocks from all the downtown restaurants, shopping and entertainment. No car needed! Designed by Herbert Burns in 1962, you'll enjoy the beautiful mid-century décor married with modern function in this large 800 square foot single story condo, with your parking spot close to the unit. With a 28 day required stay, it is ideal for winter visitors. Heated spa/jacuzzi hot tub included!
Enjoy the view of the pool and mountains on your private patio that includes 2 lounge chairs, 2 patio chairs, 2 end tables, and a table that converts to a gas fire pit. Your barbeque is just outside the door of the kitchen for your convenience.
The living room includes an electric fireplace, Spectrum Signature (150 ch + apps) package, standard king size sofa sleeper and a twin size futon for movie nights, and has its own door for added privacy. There is a second accessory closet with built in organizers next to the living room for living room guests, along with extra storage in all the tables and ottomans.
The coffee tables pull up for your lab top, or snacks while watching TV. Also included is a martini bar to get you into the mid-century vibe, that can also be used as a desk. The top of that desk flips up with a mirror as it converts to a vanity for the added convenience of anyone sleeping in the living room.
The dining area adjacent to the living room area has a slider that opens to your patio for indoor outdoor living. The shutters for the slider can be moved to either side as desired. The pool/mountains can be viewed from the dining area, and includes a wine cooler.
The bathroom has a vanity with lit make up mirror, rain shower head and a view of the pool. The full kitchen conveniently opens to the living room.
The bedroom has a view of the mountains, along with gorgeous rare bedroom furniture with burlwood consisting of head board hutch that lights up, large end tables, large dresser, armoire, and a closet with closet organizers so you will never be at a loss for storage. It also includes a workspace for two. The washer and dryer use is included and is just steps away from your patio.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave any wet towels hanging on the shower glass partition to dry.
Set thermostat to 86 degrees.
Bring in cushions/pads on patio furniture and put them in the accessory second closet by the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Set heat timer for spa 20-30 min in advance of use (depending upon the season).
Pet must be on leash outside, and potty breaks must be taken just steps away outside of the complex in a lovely grassy area. No pets on furniture.
