The staff member at the front desk, Juan, is the sort of fun light hearted energy you would want greeting you after a day of travel. He would be a great teacher to other managers of Motel 6. The A/C works great here, there is ample parking and the room is clean.

Motel 6 Palm Springs East is a very good budget stay. Nice large rooms and beautiful largish pool, pretty grounds. Right near where Palm Canyon turns so close to many great restaurants.

Upon my return to this Motel 6, I was delighted to be greeted once again, by Juan. He is a perfect choice for front desk management because he has charm and a quick wit, leaving the guests smiling and happy to be here. Some of the front desk managers at other locations have no reason to be working the front desk, but I am glad they were routinely rude and apathetic because it encouraged me to try this location, and Juan made all the difference in the world. The room has clean, with all amenities working. happy I came here.

Beautiful property in a great location. JUAN, is a wonderful manager and has a great staff. The property is well maintained with clean, comfortable rooms. We travel with our house-cat, so we’ve been to several different Motel 6 properties and this property is hands-down the best.

Juan and his staff are always friendly and professional. When traveling to Palm Springs with our pet “Kitty” this is our go to place close to downtown and very interesting walks through an amazing Mid Century architecture community of Twin Palms.

We stayed here for 8 nights while a family member was in critical condition at Desert Regional Medical Center, and the staff truly made a difficult time a little easier. The front desk team was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful 24/7. They always greeted us with a smile and had wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch during a stressful stay. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the property was quiet and comfortable. Clean swimming pool to help the students have an enjoyable stay. We are so grateful for the hospitality and care we received. Thank you for making us feel welcome during such a challenging time.
