Wonderful property in a fabulous location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exceed Motel 6 standards. Walk to great restaurants, grocery store, Koffi, and one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley, Sancho’s. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but once they hired a new manager, Juan, the property went from a Motel 6 in a good location, to a Palm Springs resort! #1 Motel 6 in the Coachella Valley by far.

I travel often and stay at this Motel 6 frequently. The rates are fair and the location is quiet and fairly near to old downtown Palm Springs. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. On this most recent trip I was very pleased with front desk clerk Caleb, who was very friendly and engaging. We had a great conversation and he seemed especially interested and helpful. I took him up on his suggestion of a nearby Mexican restaurant for dinner(Sanchos) which was great too. In all, I was very pleased with my stay and slept well. I highly recommend this particular Motel 6 for those traveling on a budget or for short business travel. CLM

This is a frequent stop for us because it’s reliably clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and remember you so you feel like friends. The property is in a beautiful location and has a resort vibe, with a beautiful large pool.

The staff member at the front desk, Juan, is the sort of fun light hearted energy you would want greeting you after a day of travel. He would be a great teacher to other managers of Motel 6. The A/C works great here, there is ample parking and the room is clean.

Motel 6 Palm Springs East is a very good budget stay. Nice large rooms and beautiful largish pool, pretty grounds. Right near where Palm Canyon turns so close to many great restaurants.
