There are recessed lights in the kitchen and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The Nest-controlled HVAC is newer. Guests will enjoy mountain views from many of the windows.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and beautiful sliding doors that open onto the private back patio. The main bathroom features dual sinks with a tiled shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a smart TV. The second bath features single sink with a tiled shower.

EXTERIOR
The large front porch sits right across from Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. The spacious private back patio is completely tiled. It features a comfortable mountain view seating area, BBQ, and a covered dining table. You will love relaxing or entertaining here!

POOL/SPA
There are several community pools and spa areas in this charming community. The front of the community sports a set of fresh tennis and pickleball courts and workout room.

A gem of a retreat !

My husband and I enjoyed 7 weeks spent at The New Vibrant Blue Bungalow.The newly decorated Condo is spotless and very well equipped . The induction range was a treat to cook on with the all clad cookware The spacious fridge with a reliable ice maker also contributed to the well functioning kitchen.The security system was easy to manage if one wanted to use it.The surrounding community is well designed with mature Desert landscape. Accessible pathways are partially shaded with Citrus trees that provide habitat for many species of birds making walks most pleasant. The Humming birds love these well maintained Gardens and are fun to watch.The home 's decor provides a cheery vibealong with attractive interesting art in every room.Bryan, the manager, Was very helpful and always available
