WELCOME TO PALM SPRINGS!
Relax and unwind in the comfort of this updated mid-century California desert home. This uniquely designed home wraps around an over-sized covered patio that leads to the HEATED pool with a over-sized mountain view . "Wow! Look at that panoramic view!"

This 2 bedroom (both with high-quality KING beds and linens), 2 bathroom home flows room to room with most rooms surrounding the patio with walls of sliding glass doors opening up to the spacious and private enclosed backyard with lush landscaping. Privacy walls and hedges surround the property. When in season you may enjoy fresh tangerines, lemons, limes, yellow and Ruby Red grapefruits from our mature fruit trees.

The master bedroom features a King size bed and master bathroom with access to an outdoor shower by the pool. A second large bedroom features a King size bed and full bath. The living room and dining area have a great open concept that leads to the gourmet kitchen (fully stocked) equipped with stainless steel appliances that will bring out the chef in you. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, kitchen bar or outdoors at the patio table. The TV room/den is a comfortable space to relax on a queen size pull-out sofa bed.

Located in the desirable south Palm Springs neighborhood of Tahquitz River Estates, just blocks from the San Jacinto mountains, you can start your hike right out of our driveway to the beautiful mountain trails and 60 foot Tahquitz waterfall - One of nature’s best treats in the desert!

A quick 10 to 15 minute walk takes you to downtown Palm Springs for great shops, galleries, restaurants and bars. Head a couple blocks in the other direction for a Palm Springs favorite - coffee at Koffi and visit the famous ACE, Saguaro and Horizon hotels. If you prefer a Margarita we're just a 10 minute walk from one of Palm Spring's most popular Mexican restaurants. Looking for the classic old-school Steakhouse? Its right down the street. Great golf courses, tennis courts, bike and hiking trails are minutes away.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property was everything we had hoped for. The house itself was fantastic - comfortable, clean and well supplied - but the highlight was definitely the backyard pool/patio area. The quiet neighborhood location was perfect for us as it was close to downtown with walkable dining options. Loren was great to work with and we look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful mountain views

Perfect place for 2 couples. Easy walkable access to Koffi and restaurants, the owners made very good suggestions for places to dine. We enjoyed the wonderful indoor fireplace on the crisp mornings and evenings. A beautiful, peaceful place to return to after a busy day!

Amazing Palm Springs House with pool!

The house is very well furnished and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We loved the pool and covered patio. The house is a quick walk to dinner restaurants and coffee in the morning.

Perfect Palm Springs Experience

My family all converged on Palm Springs this year for Thanksgiving. We spent the week enjoying the great weather; swimming, golfing, playing pickle ball and many family dinners and game nights. The property is well located for everything in Palm Springs. We had a great time and this house is super comfortable.

Perfect location and perfect house...

The property was located in a great area and the house itself was fantastic. Super clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed. The heated pool was a huge plus as well. The owner, Loren, was great to deal with from the start. We are already discussing a return trip to the area and will for sure rent the same property!! Fantastic Experience !!

Fabulous Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was immaculate, the pool and yard were great, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. The location was ideal, close to town but in a quiet neighborhood with walkable options for coffee and dining. Loren was a great host and we would be looking to book another stay when we are in the Palm Springs area again.

Wonderful home with fabulous pool in private yard

Spacious home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Centrally located. The house is mid century modern with some newer updates. Well mainted throughout. Beautiful private yard with a fabulous pool. 10 min walk to several of our favorite Palm Springs restaurants. We rented for a month and throughout our stay, the owner was very responsive to our questions and when the cord on a window blind broke, he had it repaired the next day. Pool cleaner comes 2x per week and weekly landscaping. It’s a great property and strongly recommend it!

Absolutely Perfect!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. We have been to Palm Springs a few times before and this was our favorite visit. The house was stocked with everything you need- they have thought of it all. The outdoor area was spotless, we loved the pool and the rafts/noodles they provided for use. The beds were SO comfortable and my goodness, the pillows!!!! Loren was amazing to work with and gave us amazing suggestions of dinner and hang out spots. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fabulous Palm Springs Home!

This property is absolutely perfect, even better then the listing. Very well appointed home, especially the kitchen with all the amenities you need. Delightful indoor/outdoor feel to the home with a wonderful patio for al fresco dining. The owner is lovely and excellent at communication and follow-up. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat, you will not be disappointed!

Pleasant in Palm Springs

Owner attentive. House has all the amenities and blends classic elements of mid century.modern with appropriate updates. Backyard is a private oasis. Decorating and art, some by the talented owner, make for cozy ambiance. Location in a quiet neighborhood directly on 2 local bike routes and conveniently positioned close to town, shopping, airport, and Rte 111 for easy access to Palm Desert and LaQuinta. All perfect for what we needed.

Lovely home

We spent a delightful week in this home. The house is well laid out, has comfortable pillows and mattresses, well stocked and located to get to any location in town. Palm Springs Oasis

From the moment we stepped into this lovely mid-century modern home for our 12 day stay, we felt a sense of calm and tranquility. The inside living areas are very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished, while the patio and pool offered us an outdoor oasis. Every detail is meticulously thought out to provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Thanks to the owner of the property and the caretaking team, our stay was completely relaxing and enjoyable, and we can't wait to return to this gem in the desert.

Special Palm Springs Abode

Lovely property that was even more delightful than the pictures. Loren is a fantastic host. He was quick to respond to any questions. The house manager met us at check-in and was efficient and complete. The house is very well stocked and central to PS area, several hikes are nearby, and downtown is a quick walk or ride. The pool was wonderful-clean, perfectly heated and with plenty of seating and noodles. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. There is plenty of art and reading materials to enjoy as well. We cannot wait to return! Book this, you won't be disappointed.

Magical Oasis

This home has a wonderful layout. Full sliding glass doors allow a fantastic panorama! The yard is beautiful, with grapefruit & lemon trees and well stated appointments. Then…THEN….there are those beautiful mountains that are HUGE and so close you can almost touch them. All while under the canopied lanai. Inside is very comfortable…outstanding beds and linens. Also, the art work is just incredible! Loren has his name on many works. We will come here again, and again! Phenomenal home, outstanding location and the hosts…. Loren & Ricardo could not have been any more helpful and gracious. It truly is a Magical Oasis!

So good, I almost want to keep it a secret.

I searched for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and found a peaceful place where I could unwind and relax for a few days. This property checked all the boxes and could not have been more perfect for what I was looking for. Upon my arrival the house manager was there to greet me and provide a tour and review of the property. The house is spacious, clean, provides privacy, has a well-equipped kitchen, and a great pool area that includes a fabulous, covered patio. In addition, the property is centrally located in the event one wishes to hike, and/or go to downtown Palm Springs. The icing on the cake is that Loren could not have been kinder and more welcoming. Thank you, Loren, for making this lovely home available. I look forward to returning soon.

The house was clean and spotless when we arrived. The manager let us in showed us around. Make sure we understood where everything was. Checked in to make sure we were having a good time to see if there were any questions. The yard in the pool have everything one needs for a relaxing few days in Palm Springs. The kitchen was great, we didn't cook a lot, but everything we needed was there. This gets high recommendations!
