Excellent location makes walking to all the shops and restaurants quick and easy. Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfy beds. Loved the option of complimentary bicycles although we ran out of time to use them - next time for sure. Their airport shuttle was so convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was so quaint. Very Clean. I was skeptical about staying here due to when you cons out of your room your outside, its not an indoor hallway but gow its decorated and how clean this hotel was made our experience wonderful. We didn't get a room with a personal balcony, but we're still able to enjoy the scenery 5 steps away from our door. Highly recommend this place. Food, bars and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

When staying at this resort for the weekend, it was pleasant and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and got me checked into my room in good timing, even though I arrived slightly early than their usual check-in time. The room was clean and good space, plus since I was on the first floor, there was a small patio to enjoy your coffee, and the shower was nice. It was easy to access the pool and spa and walk into town was the best part about the location, as I wouldn't have to drive. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some place that's easy to walk into town without the hassle of parking and get to everything they need from shopping to restaurants to nightlife.

The resort is conveniently located in one of the most happening areas of Palm Springs, a couple minutes walk to the art, museum and hiking trails, as well as easy access to shopping and food venues. Staff is helpful and courteous. I reported a broken coffee maker and it was immediately replaced. This is my second trip to this resort and will not be my last!
