Palm Springs Vacation Rentals for Large Groups, Solved.

Palms at Park is made up of 3 adjacent, new, separate and private luxury vacation rental homes in prime Palm Springs. Two of them, the Palms at Park villas, are identical with 5 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms in each. The third, 5 Palms Estate, has 6 Bedrooms and 7 Bathrooms. All bedrooms in all homes have private bathrooms and doors to the outside. Each home has a pool, spa and fire pit. The houses themselves are all side-by-side but completely and individually walled, gated and private. Nothing is shared between them. You can rent just this one or have your friends and family take another!

Now, About Those Palm Springs Rules...

This is one of the most luxurious homes in the prime architectural core of Palm Springs and is perfect for relaxing enjoyment. This is not a "party house" and noise, occupancy and other important rules apply to all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. 

Please do read the fine print! We want you to have a wonderful stay so we are completely transparent about the rules and local laws that apply to *all* rentals in Palm Springs. These are strictly enforced. Because we're proactive, our guests don't run into problems.  If you have any questions, please ask.

• No music audible outside any time from any device per local law that applies to all rentals in Palm Springs • No outdoor sound after 10pm per local law • No smoking • Animals considered for $495/animal/stay • No parties or events per local law • No visitors unless listed on the Rental Agreement • No more than 5 vehicles • Some dates may have lower maximum occupancy • You must be at least 25 to book • No commercial activity, photography, filming, shoots, rental furniture, lighting, props, generators, tools, building/assembly of furniture or moving existing furniture • Maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom plus up to 2 additional children if they are 12 or younger • You agree to sign a detailed Rental Agreement and send your ID within 24 hours of booking • You agree to provide a complete list of occupants • For your protection, this property features Nest Cam Outdoor security cameras and NoiseAware outdoor noise monitors • Stays of 28 nights or more exclude electric and gas and require a Security Deposit • Gardening, Pool and Trash service providers will enter the property • House rules and Rental Agreement are strictly enforced

• Utilities are included in stays of 27 nights or fewer • Tesla charging is complimentary • Spa heating is complimentary • Optional pool heating is $139/night and must be heated for the duration of your stay • Optional daily housekeeping is $295/day and must be selected for every full day of your stay • Early check and/or late check may be available for as low as $495 each if available 24 hours prior • TV content is provided via Roku or AppleTV in the Living Room and Master and basic cable from Spectrum in guest rooms
