THINGS TO KNOW:
- Parking for 3 cars (1 in the garage 2 in the driveway)
-Airport is 10 minutes away
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night with 3nght minimum. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

Quiet house with pool

Great location, short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Quiet neighborhood. Nice saltwater pool.

Fun in Palm Springs

Six of us stayed in the home and it was great! The house had everything we needed, cooked at home a couple times. The pool and spa are a wonderful place to spend the day. Close to downtown, grocery stores and everything you need.

Family Reunion a SUCCESS

Great home! Spacious, bright, quiet neighborhood. My mom loved it and want to return to "same exact house". We couldnt get the firepit started, but everything else was phenomenal. Albertson is 4 munutes away, grill worked great....lovely place you guys! Felt safe and relaxed.

Great space, close to downtown

The space and layout was exactly what our family was looking for. Love having the hot tub and pool, and the mutiple outdoor seating choices were perfect. Close to downtown, and easy access to get anywhere. I'm not sure if it is normal in this location, but every day was crazy windy here when other parts of PS were calm. The motion sensor lights were constantly coming on at night, did make for some distracting sleeping.

Nice house right in town

The house is exactly as it is presented online. Clean, nice appliances, heated pool and mountain moon rises and sunsets. Recommended for sure. We would rent it again.

Close to downtown

Clean property with several unusual aspects. The floor covering in the master bedroom consists of a badly painted cement floor with a rug around the bed. The toilet in the master is very short with no grab bars ( this toilet should be in a grade school), and the other bathroom is close to the same.Besides that, the house was clean, the large kitchen was well-equipped, and everything worked as it should—plenty of parking, a small pool in the back with lots of patio furniture. The place was quiet and private.

Great getaway

Home was as promised. Clean and in a great location, not too far and not too close. Hot tub heating is included with the rental cost which was a selling point for us. Great sitting out by the pool, kitchen is well stocked and had enough bathroom amenities for our two night stay. Pool towels included too. My only wish is to update the bathrooms a bit, but that's just my thing. The rest of my family was happy with our stay. Great view of the moutains and tram too. Crazy looking up on a hot day and seeing snow on the mountains. Beautiful.

Unanticipated shortcoming

House was nice, spacious, good location. Pool was not properly cleaned until several complaints were made to the property manager, and only after being there 3 days. Shower door fell of it’s track while our granddaughter was opening the door, She did get hurt, could have been worse, when this was reported to the management firm for the property, all they said was “we will send a crew out to repair it after we vacated the property “ no inquiry as to the child’s well being! On top of that, the “nest” thermostat was locked at 74 degrees making the house uncomfortable, we never abused the air conditioning , keeping it at 69, so this baffles us, we paid the same for each night, why was it necessary to make the house uncomfortable on our last night? All in all nice house, but I would be wary. One nice thing they did was all us an extension on the check out time, from 10 to 12 noon.

The house was very clean, cozy & comfortable! The best part is that it’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. The only thing I would say could have been better was how long the house took to cool down. It was a little on the warm side the 1st day/night, but by the next morning, it was perfect. The pool was just right for cooling off after laying out. Plenty of pool floaties for everyone too. Very cozy outside space. I loved that there were plenty of games to play. The pool table was in tight quarters, but the short pool sticks helped. The kitchen had all your basic needs, we did need a few things that the kitchen didn’t have, like a potato masher, but I found a hand mixer which did the job, so crisis averted. Nice and close to downtown, grocery stores and the Agua Caliente Casino. All in all we had a nice, relaxing stay. Very happy that we had garage parking. We will definitely keep this listing handy for our next Palm Springs trip.
