I booked one night stay on Sunday for Wednesday I received booking confirmation on Sunday never received arrival instructions door code or keys. Tuesday I messaged host for arrival instructions they never responded. Wednesday day of my check in I called the host He said he Vaction rental was already booked by someone else and he had no knowledge of my booking ! Which I booked through VRBO for one night . I called VRBO they said they called host and he would refund my money VRBO said if I don’t receive refund confirmation by 4pm check in time to call back and he would start a case . I called back at 4pm Waited 15mins VRBO representative asked how can I help I explained my case phone went to hold mode then hung up ! So I just called my credit card company to dispute charges. The host had time to message my back and say house was already booked . Wasted my time and my trip ! I never got to stay there and still have not received refund confirmation.
