While staying in your vacation home be sure to check out the three heated pools and four even more heated hot tub spas! There’s a reason they call it a hot tub.
Along with your vacation home you have one covered carport parking space! If you and your guests have more than one car, the other car(s) will have to be parked in one of the non-covered guest spots located throughout the complex.
This is the lagoon where your three hour tour ship got wrecked - only you know how long you’ll be located on this paradise island known as Port Palm Springs. I know - you’ll never want to leave.
You’ll be stranded here at The 19th Hole - A Golfer’s Grotto! Your vacation home is surrounded by the luscious greens of two public golf courses.
This lovely townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a third bedroom/office with a half bath on the ground floor. The spectacular vaulted ceilings go up as high as 3 levels - providing a feeling of indoor spacious delight.
There are three outdoor areas each providing its own sense of “style with a view”
As you approach the front door, off to your right, you’ll find the first outdoor space where you can relax and take in the serenity of the cactus and rock garden.
Once inside you can head straight back to the spacious back patio overlooking the clear water lagoon. This is the place you’ll want to spend most of your time and take in the spectacular views of the lagoon, waterfall, golf course, palm trees, and the mountains. This is where you will be for coffee and breakfast and bbq meals throughout the day. Grab the remote control boat and take it for a spin around the sparkling water of the lagoon - BUT no swimming in the lagoon - that water is too cold. Oh it’s also against the complex rules.
Not to worry though if your in town to splash around in a pool, as there are three awesome pools in the complex and four hot tub spas - all of them are heated!.
Keep an eye out for Curly, Larry, Mo, and John the resident humming birds who tend to spend a lot of time humming around teh back patio.
Finally, the third outdoor space is upstairs off the master bedroom. This is where they can find you at the end of you day unwinding and enjoying some good conversations going over all the things you did and saw earlier that vacation adventure packed day!
The complex, with less than 85 units - a very peaceful and and relaxing place to be. If you’re looking to get your party on with some loud music, dancing and a touch of rabble rousing - head on over to downtown Palm Springs or Cathedrial City where there are many establishments set up for just that sort of thing -- AND you’ll be supporting the local economy while having fun - It’s a win-win! Speaking of winning, both Palm Springs and Cathedral City have action packed Casinos!
With so much to do, please remember to take the time to check our all of the golf decor and memorabilia in your vacation home. Have a contest to see who can find the most golf related items within the home and outdoor spaces. Each golf book counts as one item. Although the large clock in the living room, above the television, is round - it does not resemble a golf ball, but good try! But is there another clock that might just be.... oh you’ll figure it out!
