I was blown away by the hospitality, all the employees were very friendly and professional. This way that we had was spacious bright, and very clean. The location of the property was perfect. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this gorgeous property. The only thing that I would suggest is to repair a few areas at the pool ,there were a few cracks and perhaps add some sort of overhang at the pool area so there’s a shaded area. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay, and we are definitely coming. Thank you

Memorable stay!

Everyone from Danielle to Ricardo to the valet made our stay at Triada memorable. We only had one night there..much to our dismay! The room was large and it was so very convenient having a full kitchen available to us. We loved the balcony and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our first Palm Springs visit!

This was our first visit to Palm Springs and we were able to book the last room available. Although it was a quick trip, this small but tranquil hotel checked off all the “boxes” for our group of four. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the hotel modeled like a Spanish villa, the suite surpassed our expectations and the pool/bar was a perfectly quaint oasis.

The staff are the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly hello or welcome back when we arrived at the property. Our room was large with all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was with the bathroom. The door would not close without a substantial push. The top portion of the door sticks. The shower head needs to be replaced. Water flow was not up to standard for a hotel of this level.

The property is cute but, it’s older and very beat up. Pool chairs stained and ripped up, the grounds are not kept up the grass is brown and patchy. Not what any of the other Autograph hotels experiences have been. It seemed very out of date and not up to the par with the other places. I will not stay here again. However the staff were all very nice and very helpful.

Great location; nice grounds, friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, nice bed linens. Love the fire pits and our room had a private, relaxing balcony. Kitchen was nice to have, though all we needed was coffee and wine supplies. Shower was cramped and odd; door could only swing in because of limited space so you were getting splashed just turning it on and hot water took forever to heat up. Pools and hot tub could use facelift considering the price point. Surfaces were crumbly, probably because of hot summer sun exposure. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.
