This bright and airy space is full of sunlight and at-home comforts, from the private washer/dryer to the three separate patios - one on the ground floor with a gas grill and verdant greenery, and two upstairs attached to each of the bedrooms. On the surrounding grounds, you'll also have access to a resort-style swimming pool, a hot tub, and two tennis courts.

This beautifully landscaped, low-density community is ideally located around the corner from the Palm Springs Convention Center and less than half a mile from the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino. You'll be a quick walk from downtown Palm Springs, with Palm Canyon Drive and its acclaimed restaurants, shops, theaters, and nightlife only three-quarters of a mile west, and a few minutes' drive from dozens of world-class golf courses that populate the area. If you're in search of a commanding view of the desert, be sure to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only seven miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
