Staff very attentive and cordial. Pool was great. Close to many stores and fun activities. Was under renovation including elevator so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but not too bad. Will definitely return on any future visits to Palm Springs.

Beautiful view of mountains on the balcony 😍

Our 2bdrm deluxe condo came with a full kitchen, 2bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our party of 5 during our Fri to Mon stay. The hotel staff was courteous and very friendly! The pool area never got too loud and we enjoyed the location between the close proximity of downtown and the Aerial tram. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next year!

Very spacious, literally had everything thing we needed down to spoons, forks, spices/seasonings for food. The kitchen was very clean and just overall much more than I expected! Will forsure go back again.

Fantastic Location

We booked a studio suite and in my opinion they are the best rooms on property the studios give you pool side access just exit through your patio and your far enough to have privacy but close enough where your just steps away from the pool, the water was always crystal clear and perfect water temp, ive stood at a 2 bedroom in past and they are nice but stupid is a whole different adventure.

In a good location to walk to dining and shops. The resort hot tub was out of order for 3.5 days of our stay. The manager did not respond to our inquiry asking when it would be repaired. Staff was friendly and our rental was clean except for the bath tub. Overall positive but we may try another hotel next time.
