I was quite surprised with this hotel. Parking is free and were able to get a parking pass for both of our cars. The staff was friendly and informative even when I texted about the pilot light staying on from the fireplace. They had carpet planned to be installed and kept me informed.
I didn't expect my bed to be in the wall when I arrived but it made it a funny start to my stay. There's instructions for the bed and a few other things if needed. The kitchen is equipped with pot, pan, dishes and little things here and there that might be needed for folks using a kitchen. It also had a dishwasher, oven, a small living room area, a small patio facing the pool, a bbq specific to the room (not a community one) and the AC worked fantastic.
Staff also mentioned there's security after their business hours and a game room. They've also got movies you can rent/borrow I believe and a water station to refill water bottles.
Like I said, I was surprised with this property. It was cozy and made it feel like I have my own apartment. I loved the price and how close it was to the convention center where I had to go to for a conference throughout the week. I will continue to stay here whenever I come out to Palm Springs.
