The staff was exceptional here! From the start they were so organized with everything. They immediately brought out luggage to our room and offered to let us rest after our flight and do the check in paperwork later. Nothing was too much to ask for! They seemed to genuinely care about our stay and experience. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and has the most comfortable bed out of the three hotels we stayed at while in Spain.
