This duplex penthouse is located in the heart of Palma, in the trendy Sa Gerreria neighbourhood, with three private terraces and spectacular views of the city, its historic buildings and the sea. The property combines the liveliness of the urban centre with the tranquillity of a street with hardly any traffic, offering a unique refuge in the city centre.



Apartment layout



Main floor: Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room with table for 6 people and sofa bed. It also has a balcony with table and chairs.



First floor: Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. From this floor, you can access the second furnished terrace and, via an external staircase, the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and panoramic views.



Important: The apartment is located on the fourth floor without a lift, so a small effort is required to access it, and we do not recommend it to elderly people or families with baby buggies, but the reward is the unique views of Palma!



The property has air conditioning, cold/heat Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort throughout the entire stay.



Sa Gerreria Neighbourhood



Sa Gerreria is a neighbourhood with a lot of personality, ideal for those seeking to combine culture, gastronomy and urban life. You will find bars, restaurants, shops and urban art just a few steps away. The location is excellent:

250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.

800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, with access to most public transport, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport.

Despite being in a lively neighbourhood, the accommodation offers tranquillity thanks to its location in an attic and on a quiet street.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (yes on terraces, being careful with cigarette butts).

Keep the apartment clean and tidy.

Respect common areas (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving around silently.

Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of receiving complaints from neighbours, the owner may expel guests without refunding the reservation amount, and will also keep the deposit.

During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, applicable to property damage, key loss, or excessive dirt.

Check-out time: until 11:00 AM.

The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.

The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council: they only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number.

Gorgeous views

Very centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. The views were gorgeous especially at night. Everything was clean and comfortable and the property management was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

This property was well located. Everyone should be aware it is up on the 4th floor (80 steps) so it's not for the faint of heart. We had a few problems with the showers - one wouldn't drain and the other the shower head wouldn't stay up. Small details that we worked around. The place was pretty fantastic and I would stay again!

Although in the heart of a great neighbourhood for restaurants and bars, and central for everything, The appartment (4th and top floor) was quiet. 3 terraces, including on the roof, so plenty of outside space. Not recommended for cold weather, though, as there isn’t a comfortable seating area inside.

Fun in Palma de Mallorca

Great experience and great location for Palma de Mallorca. The area is amazing with the history, architecture and churches. Easy to walk to everything once you get it down. Be careful of all the stairs to and in the apartment...those take a little to get down as well. Awesome experience, highly recommend!!

Three outdoor spaces in the city!

Property was well presented. Lots of awkward stairs could be a problem for some but not us. I have given 2 stars for the check in process. I seemed to be dealing with 3 separate people, vrbo, the owner, and another. It got to the point when we wondered if the apartment was genuine. We had to give away so much information it felt a huge security risk It all worked out well in the end.

El anfitrión aunque en ningún momento lo vimos se preocupó cada día de preguntarnos si todo estaba bien y en qué nos podía ayudar , nos ayudó muchísimo con todos los problemas que nos surgían en el día , dónde comer, donde aparcar barato ,, etc, fue encantador Es un 4 sin ascensor ,, es un edificio muy bonito con unas terrazas espectaculares , pero hay que ir entrenado , personas con sobre peso o alguna lesión , se les puede hacer pesado la subida

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Palma

Sehr schöne Wohnung, absolut zentral gelegen. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit der Heizung durch die Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und haben uns bestens versorgt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Palma genossen.

the location was brilliant , in the middle of everything ,bars and restaurants. the two apartments we hired (3&amp4) were great . you need to be fairly fit to navigate the stairwell but once you get to the top the rooftop terraces in apartment 4 were fantastic for early evening drinks in the Mediterranean sun . perfect the stairs up to the apartments… but worth the climb

Wir haben das Appartment in Palma für eine Woche gemietet und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Abwicklung, Kommunikation und Check-In waren unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Die Gastgeber waren bemüht dass alles gut klappt und haben sich nochmals nach der Funktionsfähigkeit des WLans erkundigt. Das hat problemlos funktioniert. Es ist alles vorhanden an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch zum Wechseln. Die Küche ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Empfehlen würde ich das Apartment für die Sommermonate, da es zwei Terrassen und eine spektakuläre Dachterrasse hat. Diese konnten wir aufgrund des eher schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit steilen, engen Treppen und ist deshalb nicht für Leute zu empfehlen die schlecht laufen können. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung befinden sich so einige Treppen und Stufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut, man findet tolle Lokale in der Nähe und ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Für die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, auch nachts. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis.
