Hotel JS Palma Stay - Adults Only

"I stayed for 5 days with my partner for a summer break. Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The staff were also exceptional. The breakfast was 10/10 The Pool and the bar was 10/10 The outdoor seating area for food and drink was 10/10. Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay wonderful. We will be back when we are in need of a break."

"Staff were helpful & friendly. Amenities in the hotel were great. The brunch had a good selection & helped being unlimited until 1:30pm. Location of the hotel is good, just a 5 minute walk to beach, bars & restaurants."

"The room was amazing. Stunning views from the tower. Even in August, the pool had plenty of room without the need to fight for a chair. Staff were mostly friendly. We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. This felt like a luxurious stay without breaking the bank too much"

"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."

"Great staff, so friendly and helpful 😃 we have just had a 3 night stay bed and breakfast. I would fully recommend the hotel and would stay here again. A perfect location as well, so close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. Room 406 has an amazing balcony on top floor on the the corner!"

"Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff."
