"The host was amazing as we didnt have a car and were walking everywhere, so she helped us out to get to some places. The small pool was a bit run down and the gravel was falling off of it, however, when your very hot, u dont care, we were just glad there was a pool. Things prob would have been easier if we had whatsap , but we didnt mind walking. It was about a 15-20min walk from the train station. But hotel was very safe and gated which was nice. Everything was clean."

"We had a pleasant stay at the villa Minieri, it lived up to its reviews. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite. Strongly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is not a hotel is a spa and it was empy the entire building , the even one person after almost an hour i spent outside of the front dest wich was empy, no instructions were sent to my how to check inn , at the end i coundt did my check inn i leave the propertly and they charge for the 2 nights , i will not recomend to stay in this place ever"

"The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called. I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare. "

"Stayed here night before flight from NAP. Very nice and clean hotel. A mile or so from Nola city center where you can find nice dining options. Good breakfast Great value "

"If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. They have a bar on ground level just outside which is open 24h and belongs to the hotel. They always have coffee, ice and drinks there at any time. During the day even pastries and such. Next door they have a big park for toddlers and bigger kids to play, it’s only €5 for the entire day per kid. They have bounce houses and large slides and ball pits. It’s great to entertain your kid and it opens late. Again a lot of local kids come here to play it’s super cute. You can see amount Vesuvious from the Balcony. Everything is very clean and the bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The water pressure is excellent and water gets hot quickly. They also had smart TVs in all the rooms which was a very nice surprise. The best thing about Cenacolo is its amazing staff. If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah at the front desk help you you’re in good hands and Giulia is the most amazing server and staff member we’ve ever met. She works so hard everyday to make your stay memorable. You MUST eat at their restaurant because the food is absolutely delicious. We looked forward to having dinner back at the hotel every night. Giulia would save us a place always. "
