The building itself is three stories, and is entirely built of concrete. We arrived at night, and found that the stairway was not lit, so we had to find our way in the dark. "A nice house that has fallen into disrepair. No response to maintenance requests, couldn’t take a proper shower in the luxurious bathroom because the shower head blew apart from air & water pressure. Then had no water at all the following day due to a problem in a downstairs unit. This is hardly a resort as they call it. And access to the beach is incorrect and not honored by the management of that property."

"The place is isolated, and very dark,felt scared at night. It is not mentioned that it is only a few meters away from a main highway and trucks are constant 24/7 drowning out any of the peaceful sounds we were hoping for and making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was probably lovely once but it is tired and not maintained very well. I note that the building is for sale and that would account for this. We are in our 70s so unsuitable for us."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. The hotel offered exactly what I was looking for which was rest relaxation and enjoying nature. The staff was friendly and very courteous and attentive to all of my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was 100% satisfactory, which it was. It was my 50th birthday and the fact that the staff all went out to wish me well on my special day and having the room set up as a surprise birthday was memorable and I truly appreciate everyone there. The food was good, but overall amazing amazing amazing"
