Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day. "I took my family back to the Uvita area for our first international trip. Mark provided loads of good information and stayed in contact with us and the property manager throughout the trip to address any issues that came up. Beds were comfortable and place was fully stocked. I didn’t want to use the a/c but my family did so it came in clutch :) Great location, close to beaches. "

"We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. While it's not very long, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. We had a Toyota Corolla and managed just fine, except during one rainy night when the car couldn’t make it up the hill, and we had to walk to the property. That was the only minor inconvenience.The outdoor area of the property is still under construction, and the hosts mentioned that they plan to build a pool soon, which will be a great addition. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!"

"Todo estuvo excelente! La comida deliciosa, la única recomendación sería que el desayuno fuera a las 6am o 7am, ya que al ser a las 8am, no permite salir tan temprano para hacer tours o ir a la playa. Sin embargo, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados del lugar, definitivamente volveremos. "
