We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. "On the positive side, The place is big, comfy beds, close to restaurants, grocery and a 1 mins walk to the beach. The second and third bedroom have no dressers and no place for luggage. You are living out of your suitcase. There where no forks, broken coffee machine no hand towel or tea towels, but they quickly corrected these issues. "We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed.
