The cottage is one of the oldest houses of Palmariggi. Subtracted to a planned demolition because shooting, has been carefully restored and recovered to a new life; The ancient rock-cut cavity (the well) as a water reserve, become, today, the natural and suggestive shower inside the bedroom placed in the basement. On the mezzanine floor, the master the ancient stone fireplace; Lecce stone are also very particular times of the cover. Bellissima esperienza

La casa di Rosanna é un piccolo gioiello, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni confort. Siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa, Rosanna é sempre disponibile e attenta a qualsiasi necessità! La posizione é strategica per conoscere Otranto, i paesi vicini e alcune delle più belle località di mare del Salento!

Ein traumhafte Urlaub....

Wir wurden von Rosanna sehr herzlich empfangen. Da wir nur sehr wenig italienisch sprechen, hatten wir etwas Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, aber die waren schnell mit Gesten überwunden. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bilder. Eine kleine Wohnung, perfekt für zwei Personen, mit sehr schönen Gewölbedecken. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Die Dusche im Brunnenschacht das absolute Highlight. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man wunderbar über die Hausdächer und kann das Dorfgeschehen beobachten. Palmariggi liegt sehr zentral, man kann von hier aus in alle Richtungen zu Ausflügen starten. Rosanna hatte für die erste Verpflegung gesorgt, so dass wir am Ankunftstag nicht gleich in den Supermarkt mussten. Der Supermarkt im Ort hat alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Seniorinhaber spricht sogar ein paar Worte Schweizerdeutsch. Der Bäcker ist etwas versteckt, aber die Suche lohnt sich. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche (auch zum Wechseln) vorhanden und Rosanna hätte uns noch mehr gebracht, wenn wir welche benötigt hätten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen (man muss aber gut Treppen steigen können ;-)). Abschließen können wir sagen, einfach alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank Rosanna, für diesen herrlichen Urlaub. Liebe Grüße Mario e Harald

MAGNIFIQUE

Nous revenons mon mari et moi de 12 jours superbes passés dans cette très jolie et intime casina pour amoureux. L'architecture de cette chaleureuse demeure est superbe et originale. Tout y est pour s'y sentir bien. Les photos sont à l'identique de la réalité. Une cuisine spacieuse à l'étage avec une magnifique cheminée des plafonds en arche de pierre et au dessous la chambre avec une douche extraordinaire, grande, dans de la pierre taillée. Pour combler le tout nous avons été reçu par la très charmante personne qu'est Rozanna. Femme dynamique, très accueillante, disponible et toujours avec un magnifique sourire. Nous garderons vraiment de très bons souvenirs de cette escapade dans ce joli village près de très jolis autres endroits comme Otranto, Galipoli, Lecce etc..., plages, criques etc... Merci à Rozanna pour nos superbes vacances.

Rifugio romantico in posizione strategica

Abbiamo scelto la casina basandoci sulle foto e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di trovarla ancora più accogliente e bella. La proprietaria è una persona squisita e premurosa e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio facendoci trovare tutto l'occorrente di prima necessità (perfino cibo e bevande in fresco!). Il paese è carino, accogliente e tranquillo ed occupa una posizione strategica per chi come noi decide di visitare gran parte del Salento. La consigliamo a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza alla scoperta di questi bellissimi luoghi senza percorrere grosse distanze, per poi tornare la sera alla tranquillità di questa piccola perla magari cenando romanticamente sul terrazzo panoramico. Sospesi tra cielo e mare

Vivere una vacanza nel Salento che ha di per sé già qualcosa di magico attraverso il soggiorno nella casina del pozzo lo rende ancora più spettacolare. L'immobile che risulta essere tra ì più antichi della cittadina di Palmariggi gode di ottima posizione: si trova a pochi minuti dalla rinomata Otranto e dalle spiagge di Alimini. L'interno della casa è curato nei minimi particolari: la pietra leccese ne risalta la bellezza e l'antichità. Il vano doccia è ricavato nel vecchio pozzo: una chicca imperdibile. La terrazza ad uso esclusivo è utile sia per prendere il sole su comode sdraio sia per organizzare cenette al fresco. La padrona di casa è simpatica, giovanile e disponibilissima. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una dispensa fornitissima per la colazione e la cucina. Consigliato per tutti.
