Ray and the other reps at the window are kind, and courteous to me as well as friendly to me on a daily basis. Since I have been staying at Palms I have not had any problems

The staff in the office are friendlyand kind. Maintenance sweep's the property, empty the trash daily. He does this every day. Property is nice and clean.

I liked the quietness at night and during the day. Ray is a very kind person as well as Paulina, Stephanie and the housekeeping staff. I have conversations with them from time to time. This is how I know that they have a kind heart.
