"Nicely maintained grounds. Gardens make it a nice surrounding. Available pool needs algae control. Water was clear, but algae spots could bee seen across both adults and kids pools. Rooms are a little tired, but clean and nice. It is a good rural hotel for the price. Location is away from downtown pontevedra, but right on el Camino, so it is a good space to stop. It is on top of a hill, so you will need extra legs for the final stretch."

"I would say this is a hidden gem. An elegant hotel in the heart of Caldas de Reis, so very convenient if you are making the Camino. It is way above others in this route. Nicely appointed rooms. It was nice to see some other pilgrims from El Camino staying here as well. Breakfast was nice too. Checking in took a little longer than expected, but service was courteous and informative. When you are getting to your hotel after a stage of el Camino, you just want to hit a shower as soon as...
