"The house is large with plenty of room for a lot of people. It was very clean. The blinds could use some repair. The kitchen was well appointed and the temperature was comfortable. We all liked having our own bathrooms! The area was very nice. We were pleased with the large yard where we watched the eclipse. Jesus had folding chairs to use. The fire pit was a lot of fun. The grill came in handy. Highly recommended for large groups to spend some time together!"

"I booked this place for a weekend event. I saw reviews complaining about extra charges so I contacted the host before hand and was upfront about my plans to host an event and the amount of people. The host quoted me a fair price and I was very satisfied with the location. We had more than enough space and all the furniture was very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again."

"Overall the location everything is very good. We came when it was dark so it took us a minute to find the actual door, which is on the side of the house. It is very homey and comfy. I feel I should say that the smallest bedroom is IN another bedroom. So to get to that bedroom, you have to go through another one.
