"The property was very nice and spacious which was great for a group of adults. The host was very communicative and helpful — accommodating a later checkout for our guests who were flying out on checkout day. Beds were very comfy, but on the second day, we had a guest claim to see a bedbug, and another guest woke up with bites. Aside from that, everything was amazing."

"I loved the neighborhood. It is very quiet and I felt very secure. The home has large bedrooms. Window coverings are needed in the kitchen and across the sliding glass door so that people feel more secure. Neighbors can see through both. With some updates/tweaks. I think this will be a great home to share with the Vrbo community. Repairs and attention were made promptly. The host was very responsive."

"Guest house was clean and comfortable. Host was always available and answered questions quickly. Close to Texas State Fair, and the Bishop Arts District was a gem of a discovery. The alleyway to the guest house was a little tough to navigate in my huge RAM, but we got in and out without incident. Would absolutely stay here again. "
