"Cozy stay, beautiful beach, and tasty food nearby"

"Rooms are starting to get worn out already. Stayed here many times and the cleanliness and maintenance of the room has gone down a lot since the fall. Lots of scum in the shower, floors left with crumbs and hair all over the place. Definitely does not seem like it’s being kept up with like it was last year. "

"The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....

"Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. "

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights & loved it. It’s spotlessly clean & everything we needed was provided. Rooms was serviced every day which we wasn’t expecting & the towels were changed. We had beach chairs & an umbrella in the room for our use which was fantastic given we are oversee travellers. Our room had a lovely big shaded balcony we could sit on any time of the day. The location was great as we could walk to restaurants/bars. The accommodation is a little out of date...

"Stayed at Siesta Palms by the Beach for a week in May. The unit we had was spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels for our week stay. The shower was awesome!! It was also nice to have beach amenities to take with us such as chairs, umbrella, cart. However, the chairs were pretty rusted and old. Could use an update. The area was quiet and serene. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to beach access. However, once you reach the beach there isnt a lot of space for people to spread out...

"Great beach, pool on site. Cafe on site makes breakfast easy. Less than a mile to johns pass. Free cab is fun, but can sometimes be a wait. Treasure island mile long path is one block over at beach with nice restaurants/bars on the walk. Will definitely be back!"

"My husband and I spent a few days on the beach and the Birdsong was a terrific place to stay! Close to restaurants (both on the beach side and on the street side) and a quick walk to the grocery store. A direct path to the beach - a beautiful wide and less- crowded beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided and access to a very nice pool right next door! Everything inside the unit was very clean and very comfortable for the two of us. Thanks for a great trip!"

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
