"A la casa y a la comunidad le faltaba mucho el mantenimiento, como las mamparas que se caían, puertas que no cierran, cerraduras inexistentes, colchones muy deteriorados, pero la residencia era muy silenciosa y tranquila. Repetiría otro año si mejorarán las instalaciones."

And the deposit was transfered with a delay more than 2 weeks, I had contact actively about it. Maybe here the process can be improved. Otherwise we are satisfied with the apartment."
