Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, safe and secure. The house faces San Francisquito Creek (no neighbor across the street). This is a guest house detached from the main house. Please refer to the floor plan picture for details. Private access for the cottage separate from the main house. The cottage is remodeled with contemporary style and expensive material. Concrete tiles and glass mosaic. Industrial woven vinyl floor gives the whole house a clean look. Modern furniture with ample seating. Fully functional and stocked kitchen. Large screen TV with streaming programs to entertain kids. High speed WIFI and two adjustable height work desk are ideal for guests on business. Casper mattresses with all cotton sheets would give you a good night's sleep. Please note the queen bed is in the room with kitchen, sitting area and desk. This means when people from the inside bedroom go to the bathroom, they will be going out of the bedroom and into the living area where the queen bed is.
[Guest Access]
Only the cottage. No access to the main house or backyard. Parking is shared with the main house on a first come, first serve basis. However, there is plenty of parking space along the street since there is no other house on the other side of the street.

All cotton bedding suitable for people with allergy. Towels, bed sheets and comforters are washed after each guest's stay. Casper mattresses for a good night's sleep.
