"Located next to the spirit of Tasmania terminal, it’s clean. It has gym which is great. The room is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly but the room don’t have table and chair to do my paperwork and the bathroom make a lot of mess after shower, the water spread to all over the floor, the curtain in the shower is too short to prevent the water spread to all over the floor out side the bath room. "

"Sometimes a bit hit and miss on quality of room. This time was fine but there was no TV reception at all. Was tired. So not the end of world. Rooms need to be checked and need feedback forms for reception. Was unable to eat at restaurant this time but previous meals have been great."

"Lady at front desk was super friendly and very helpful. We arrived at around 530pm with 2 hungry kids and she showed me several places to eat from restaurant to take away. She was very helpful and our room was clean and the heat pump was on so our room was warm when we arrived."

"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest. We stayed as a family, 2 kids under 5,...

"Property is listed as pet friendly. When I booked I stated that we had 2 chickens in a pen, and they would stay in pen. was told thats alright. When we arrived, we were told that only 2 units are pet friendly and both of them booked and that the chickens had to stay in the car, that they were not permitted in the unit..... we booked and stayed 3 nights. and the chickens stayed in their pen.... which was fine, as we had no intention of letting them out, but why were we not permitted to have the...
