"This is our 2nd stay at the Wade, it was previously called the W. We love the location, steps from Ohio beach and a short walk to the Navy Pier. Plenty of walkable places to eat. Bus stops are 5 minute walk. Michigan Ave. is about a 10 min walk. We love the view from our room! A great view of Navy Pier and the lake! Rooms are clean and well attended. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning was nice. "

"This property exceeded our expectations at almost every turn. It is a well maintained luxury property with excellent, friendly staff. Our guest room was generously large and the public sitting area was clean and inviting. The check-in/out process was different than expected but there was plenty of staff to walk us through the process."

"Check in was easy. Hallways on room floors seem old but room was well kept, new looking hard floors (not carpet) in the room, clean beds & bathroom, very spacious closet. A/C didn’t blow hard so if you need that sound or air movement, bring a small USB fan (room wasn’t hot though by any means). Had a few questions and the night security team were very helpful. Great stay, no complaints!"
