Nice and lovely hotel

The room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfy. Gym.amd pool were both well maintained and clean. Service was inconsistent, some staff were great, others just didnt seem to understand their job. The food was very poor. They forgot our order, after 2 attempts they made us food which was the wrong order. On the evening we ordered steak and it was cold when it arrived and looked old so we didnt eat this and left. The massage was in our room and was the worse massage ive ever had, i think this was her first attempt.

This was a very nice stay. The first room we were given was a little disappointing as the sea view Windows had bars across them but after a couple of days we moved to a nicer room. The staff were friendly and did their best to help and breakfast most days perfectly fine. We liked Palu and the hotel even if it is not a city of great sights. Would stay here again.

My deluxe room had no hot water in shower but hot water in the sink. The staff were impeccable. The hotel is maintained very well. Breakfast on our last day was average, not ready, possibly because we started at 5:30am. I would stay there again.

周辺に何もない。目の前が海だが泳ぐとかではない。部屋は広くながめも良い部屋だった。ジムを使ったが、ランニングマシーンや自転車こぐやつが使えなかった。ビールも置いてある。自転車も一応借りれる。

海辺で、まあ良かったと思うが。ルームサービスを一回わすれられてたお釣がないみたい。周りに多分買い物摺るとこはなさそうだった。海側の部屋だったら景色がもっとよかったかも。逆も山でまぁ良いが。

Hotel mercure palu cocok utk tempat menginap baik liburan maupun untuk urusan bisnis. Pelayanan yang baik juga ditambah dengan viue pantai membuat betah selama menginap.

Did not expect such great facility in a provincial town like Palu. Hotel is newly renovated so rooms look nice and comfortable? They paid a lot of attention to safety with controlled access to floors. Hotel has a single large restaurant which includes outdoor lounge and access to pool. Good offer of local and international cuisine (try the Oz tenderloin.....) and reasonable prices. hotel is located right at the ocean front with easy access to rest of town (everything within 15-20 min reach)
