"The staff was kind and very helpful. The hotel was clean. It was worn and needs maintenance. The hot tubs do not work and the elevator is finicky. Our children had a blast though,so did we."

"Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way."
