"This was an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend it more! I’m already looking forward to being back! The place was exactly as described, it was clean, well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. The location was amazing ! I couldn’t ask for a better way to start my day then by drinking coffee on the beach (which was right across the street) or watching the stars at night. Peter was extremely kind and communicative throughout our stay as well. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay !"

"Loved the location and the view of the bay. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are nice and cozy. I didn't notice that there was no dining room table, and we were here in March, so it was too cold to eat outside. Can't fault the house as it is clear from the pictures. The house does have stools around the kitchen island, so that works too. The house gets very bright, especially as the sun is going down, but there are nice shades along that side that you might have to close for a few hours. Needed to contact the management company to get the wi-fi password. They were very responsive and helpful. All in, pay attention to the photos, and if the layout works for you, then I'd book it! "

"This is a new listing so everything inside the house is new and very clean. There is tons of room, so it's a great house for large groups. Just a correction on an earlier review about the house being "quiet" for folks who don't know the Cape. This house backs onto Route 6 with a low ridge separating the two. You won't see but you WILL hear traffic even at night with the windows closed (as trucks service Ptown) unless you have the AC on, and you will most certainly hear it when you sit outside. This won't necessarily bother everyone, but if you're hoping for nature sounds, look for something farther away from the highway. "
