Magnolia By The Sea -An upscale cottage community located just 5 miles East of Seaside and 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. Magnolia By The Sea has quickly become one of the most desired beach destinations on 30A. The home is very well appointed which includes Kohler fixtures, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There is tile in all the bath's, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You will also enjoy the world famous beaches which are a 100 yard walk, or the neighborhood resort style swimming pool which is just a minute walk away. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the closest home to the beach in the Magnolia Cottages community.

We would recommend anyone staying here! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and centrally located on the 30A stretch. The host responded quickly to our questions, house was spotless, and we have no complaints (if planning to cook while here, just note to bring oil, etc. they have seasoning and cookware). Thank you for having us!

This beach house is decorated super cute, and had everything we needed. Was not far at all to walk to the beach access, and we even walked to the Alys Beach area. When we let the owner know the beach chairs were broken and in bad shape, she reimbursed us for the chairs we had to buy ourselves, which I thought was so kind of her, certainly didn’t expect that! We really enjoyed our time together the week we were there!

The cottage is wonderfully charming and cozy. A solid value for the accommodations and location. Would have preferred a screened in back porch in order to enjoy that part of the space, but overall a lovely place that we would return too again. Owner is incredibly helpful and keeps current in any communications.

I planned an end of the summer vacation with my daughters and this place checked all the boxes. Location, style, beach, pool and plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend this property to friends. Owner was super helpful in providing things to try and check out. House was clean and very well maintained. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house is in a great location with direct access to the beach and you are perfectly situated between Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. The house was decorated perfectly without a detailed missed. It was so hard to leave and we are already planning our next trip back!

We had such a wonderful weekend at your beach cottage. Everything was so beautifully decorated, very clean and plenty of space for our family. The beach was just a short walk and we were able to come back for lunch if we needed too. We rented bikes and road all the way up and down 30A. Definitely a vacation we will do again!

Seaside Cottage was perfect for our family! The proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk to the private boardwalk beach access. The beach decor was just right! Loved our stay at Magnolia by the Sea. This place had everything you needed. It is decorated beautifully and very easy to access Beach and pool. Located right at Watersound Parkway so it is easy to get in and out to Hwy 98. We had a 22 month old with us and there was a basket of toys there to play with. He loved the back porch as well. Great place and great service from Eric!

You will love this adorable beach cottage that is in the ideal location on Hwy 30A. The comfortable and stylish home has all the essentials and will be the perfect spot for your 30A vacation. Whether you want to head to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach or Seaside....you are just a couple miles away. Plus, you're located directly across the street from the beach access. Bring your swimsuit and some sunscreen and you're ready to go!
