Decorated with a palm tree theme and a stellar view of the water, this condo is all set up to host your beach getaway. Enjoy the incredible ocean view from your private balcony with a glass of wine or a home-cooked meal whipped up in the full kitchen. Central air conditioning and two ceiling fans will keep the temperature in a comfortable range inside. The entire space is family-friendly, with a private washer/dryer to help take care of any messy t-shirts and sandy swimsuits. The full size sofabed is perfect for pulling out for an afternoon nap. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and sauna within the complex. Come relax in peace near the beach!

Enjoy a short walk to the beach, and many other fun activities in the surrounding area. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just under four miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals, just under two miles from this condo! Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Of course, guests won't want to miss visiting Pier Park with its wide variety of shops and restaurants five-and-a-half miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf!

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
Beach towels and blankets are available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The view was great! That's the only positive statement I can provide. 1. No extra roll of toilet tissue. 2. No cable remote for master 3. Filthy sofa bed 4. No access card to gym 5. Uncomfortable and noisy beds 6. 5. No follow up from Vacasa about issues

We stayed for 3 months. If privacy is your thing…keep looking. We had 4 unannounced visits from the management co. for various reasons. Twice they tried to enter without knocking. The person trying to enter was told that the place was vacant. Once they came in to spray for bugs however we continued to see them. The furniture all needs a to be updated. Peeling paint on bathroom doors etc. I was glad that I bought a few kitchen supplies from home as they were lacking. There wasn’t a mixing bowl or casserole dish in the place. We spent half of the first day scrubbing bird poop off of our balcony so we could use it.

Overall, we were satisfied. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, the furniture in the living room has seen alot of wear, the master bed squeaks LOUDLY everytime you roll over and the 2nd bedroom only has a full sized bed... not a queen as listed in the property description. The kitchen was decently stocked but the pots and pans are old and could definitely stand to be updated. Our stay was just okay. For the price we paid, I definitely expected better.

The condo was in terrible shape. Pull out mattress full of mildew No sheets or pillows for pull out No one from Vacasa returned calls - mngrs Blender didn't work Bed furniture in poor shape Paint peeling everywhere Trim and window sills dirty Supposed to be queen in 2nd bedroom was a full Door dragged and wouldn't close Den ceiling fan didn't work The mnge emailed me back and asked me to reply and email address won't allow reply.

When we got there we couldn’t get the key out of the lock box. After the long 12 hour drive, we wanted to make a drink. Come to find out the freezer didn’t make ice. The shower pressure was insane. Fridge had nasty stuff splattered over it. Bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Dishwasher leaks water on the floor. There was literally 4 forks in the house only. And No plastic cups for kids only glass everything. Bed sheets had stains. Lighting super dim. And couldn’t get cable to work. We like majestic but would not recommend this unit.

Wonderful week, Panama City Beach was practically deserted, the weather perfect, the sunsets were typical amazing Gulf Shore scenery. The unit was wonderfully furnished and comfortable.

Area is great but long lines at elevators that took forever. Elevators kept breaking down. Felt like I had to clean condo when I got there. Door lock to patio 19 stories high was broke, dryer didn’t work, no shower curtain in 1 bathroom that had water damage on molding and walls. No vacuum that worked so u could keep up with the sand. This could be a great place but needs some tlc for sure.

We recently vacationed here and was dissappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors were filthy and we ended up wearing shoes the entire stay because your feet were black within 5 minutes if you didnt. I complained to Vacasa and they said they would send somebody to clean the floors but they never did. There is water damage and mold on the baseboards in the bathrooms. Overall the condo is still nice and the view was beautiful. We did have a good time but the lack of cleanliness when a cleaning fee is charged was a dissappointment.

Beautiful views of the gulf! This unit was clean and relaxing. The one very minor maintenance issue we had was handled quickly and courteously. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, although the cookware could use some updating. Plenty of towels in bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided, washer and dryer (detergent pods provided), and dishwasher (pods also provided). Comfortable beds and furniture. The time we went was fairly quiet (first few days of March). A great home base for a very low key getaway!
