Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Panama Jax, Condo 820 is located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 8th floor of the garage. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $90 registration fee required by the resort for beach-access armbands and garage parking passes
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Panama Jax is a direct beachfront condo located in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Perfectly located on the 8th floor, a middle unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped tropical pool area. Steps from the tropical pool area and white sandy beach! Featuring two full-size bedrooms, with attached full baths, and one bunk room with twin/full bunkbed with an attached half-bath. New Luxury LVP flooring installed in all bedrooms in 2025! There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this condo to comfortably sleep 8.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice! The living area is spacious, with comfortable seating for the whole family. The living room Smart TV' is perfect for movie nights, and there are board games available to play with the kids if you get a rainy vacation day.

The master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom and access to the large balcony to enjoy the gorgeous views of the tropical pool area, sugar white sand beach and the emerald water of the Gulf. The guest room has a King bed, en-suite full bath with washer & dryer. Perfect for the kids, the bunkroom has a custom twin over full bunkbed, TV, and 1/2 bath. This condo is complete with everything you'll need for your home away from home on vacation!

This condo is located in the Shores of Panama, which is home to the area's largest pool and pool deck, featuring waterfalls, fountains, exotic tropical landscaping, plus fully equipped tiki bars, onsite restaurants, community grills, flower gardens, cabanas, lounge chairs, daybeds, palm trees, and a large zero-entry pool area. The huge horseshoe-shaped pool includes private access to the gorgeous beach directly adjacent. In addition, this property offers a large indoor glassed heated pool, a 24/7 fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, concierge service, a poolside DJ (seasonally), snowbird activities, and more!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
