The best 3br floor plan in Aqua with 2 beachfront masters, both with Gulf view! Both masters have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom a bunk with full over queen the bathroom is right outside the bedroom for bedroom and guest use. Living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. All bedrooms and LR have flat screen TVs. Two blocks from Pier Park! A Walmart right in front!

*Aqua Resort charges $50 per vehicle for parking for your stay. You may purchase max 2 passes. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival.

Absolutely beautiful property and well equipped. Clean and the ocean views were spectacular! Had a little glitch getting in parking garage and code to the room but nothing to ruin our fun!!

The location was perfect. The condo was better than the pictures showed. The amenities were wonderful. The only thing needed was just a little more cookware. But knowing that things come up missing or broke at rentals, it was adequately stocked.

A Little Peace In Paradise

Thanks for allowing me a chance to stay at your place. I was very nice. The pictures don't really do it any justice. It was peaceful and in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The only bad thing to me was that there were a few hairs in the master bedroom shower. But other than that, I can hardly wait to visit again.

Nice condo, well maintained

We’ve stayed at the Aqua 10-15 x’s over the last few years because we like how convenient the location is to Pier Park, Walmart and Target. We would recommend you staying in condo 1702 for several reasons. This condo is clean and well maintained, the owners are very responsive and the location is kinda of private. We liked that there’s not 2 or 3 other condos very close to this unit as is the case with many of the other condos. The beds were comfortable and clean, lots of extra pillows, baby bed in the closet, high chair(we didn’t use any of the baby things) but still this unit is well appointed, plus lots of beach chairs and plenty of chairs on the balcony. We would stay in this condo again anytime. Thanks again

PCB 2024

Check in process was super easy! Place is clean. There are a few cons, but the pros outweigh the cons! Not being able to set up our canopy unless it was behind the chairs, which I understand. But also there were 3 rows of chairs set up, and not even a fourth of them were full. We have 3 kids under the age of 5 that we have to be close to the water to watch them closely. Other issue we had was the security guards are not on the same page. One told us that we could keep our cart outside as long as it was tucked by the door, then we had another security guard yell at me to move the stuff. But we loved that the there was a crosswalk to get to the parking garage and not have to cross the busy road. Pools were all nice.

Beware

We were given the incorrect codes to access the parking garage. The bunk bed as pictured is not what is in the unit. It is a bed over bed but not in the "T" as pictured. The smoke detector was chirping in one bedroom. The refrigerator seal is compromised and sweats. We had to keep wiping out the water from the shelves as well as the exterior of the fridge. Closet door broken in one bedroom. Missing a remote to one of the tvs. Our concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner. We have stayed in Aqua before with no issue.

Nightmare… We do not recommand

We had a very bad experience at this place. Major and very noisy renovation work prevented us from staying in the apartment between 8:00am and 4:30pm every days except the Sunday. We had to shout to be able to talk to each other. The pool was closed and we didn't have access to the balcony, which was why we chose this apartment. We tried to contact the owner but she never answered us. Even Vrbo agents tried to contact the owner and she never returned calls. It was a vacation we had been waiting for for a long time and it was frustrating to have rented such an apartment. The owner should not rent the apartment under these conditions. The attitude of the owner was very disappointing. We do not recommend this apartment due to the behavior of the owner.

NYE tradition

This was our first return to PBC for our annual NYE visit to see the fireworks at the pier since Covid. So being in the area to have the best view is paramount and this unit was in a perfect location. Unit was a nice size really loved the outside space being at an angle which provided more space however there was so much furniture out there, one could not move around comfortably. There were minor issues in the unit that was reported immediately since that was specified in documents (I was not trying to be charged for things not our fault). Having the tunnel from parking was fantastic - we all talked about how that was something we didn't realize we needed. My only complaint was we wanted to leave a couple of hours later and there was a $125 charge to stay until 5pm (we only needed a couple of hours & there was no flexibility-evidently no one was checking in after us since there was an option for late check out-oh well-we would have paid for the couple of hours but not that amount). We will definitely stay at Aqua again for our annual visit, even this unit (loved the airy feel of the unit & separate bathrooms for each room). Overall, good experience.

Arrived to a dirty condo. Checked in several hours later since it had to be cleaned. Several issues broken dryer door , broken garbage disposal( so sink stopped up) no remote in living room. Condo owner addressed some issues . Really felt like we should have received some money back but only thing offered was couple hours late check out which we could not do.

Awesome!!!!!

Awesome family trip. We stayed in Rm 1702 and the condo was immaculate! Short easy distance from the beach, chair and umbrella rentals, and my grandkids rented jet skis. Close walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back there. The host, Teresa, was awesome and easily reached out to and responded quickly. It’s a definite must to visit.

Beautiful unit with spectacular views!

This unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and took care of all questions and needs in a timely manner. We traveled during the holidays, so everything was accessible, and the elevators were fast! We would book again!

Condo Owner has no sympathy/competence

I booked the condo for a Thursday-Sunday. Hurricane Helene hit on that Thursday and came through my hometown. Contacted owner about moving reservation or refund but all she could do is move it back 1 day. VRBO initiated a case but no answer from VRBO or condo owner. I contacted multiple restaurants in Panama City Beach and was informed they would close on the Thursday of our arrival, and some were closing the Friday as well. Contacted the owner of the condo with that information and still only willing to move it back 1 day. Contacted VRBO again and they started another case where they said they would contact the owner to issue a refund. No answer from VRBO and still no refund. Emailed owner again about the situation with hurricane Helene and this time no answer. Emailed VRBO again about refund or updates and no answer. Still no refund. I would not do business with this person again and hope nobody has to lose money because of a natural disaster like I did. Hopefully she donated my money to someone who lost something from the hurricane, but highly doubtful.

The location was good so if you are thinking of staying at the Aqua resort get in touch with the company that has an office at the resort !! What ever you do you should not go through VRBO and by all means do not rent anything THERESA or TOMAS have to offer!!!!!

Nice place

The room was overall nice but needed a good cleaning. Hairs in the shower. The comforter was obviously not clean. Orange stain and crusty food on it so we had to immediately put it in the washing machine. Other than that it was good.

Location location location
