Located on the beach, Top of the Gulf Resort offers a 7th Floor Studio perfect for four guests. This condo features a walk-in closet, kitchen with Keurig and blender, and wireless internet provided by HOA. The resort boasts an outdoor pool, BBQ grill area with cornhole games and shuffleboard court.

Beach Front Studio Condo Complimentary Beach Service March 1-October 31

Top of the Gulf Resort, 7th Floor Studio located directly on the beach!  The condo sleeps 4 guests and does not offer private balcony.  During the months of March through October your stay includes a complimentary set of beach chairs with and umbrella.

Need additional space, we have an additional condo next door, please message for rental information and VRBO listing.

Condo includes:

Walkin closet with luggage rack, iron and board

Bathroom offers tub with shower, towels, soap and shampoo

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig, blender, toaster, paper towels, garbage bags in addition to appliances and cookware.
