Guest Requirements:
-To book, guests must be at least 25 years old unless pre-approved.
-There is a one time $35 per vehicle (NOT per person) resort/parking expense that must be paid prior to arrival. You will receive a link via email to secure your pass.
-We only rent to guests who are willing to treat the property as if it were their own.
-The maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and children are included in the guest count.
-Our units have a RING doorbell with security camera. These doorbells and cameras only detect activity OUTSIDE of the units front door in the OUTSIDE breezeway area. These are installed for everyones security and ensure that only people with permission are entering the unit.

Beach Amenities:
-We provide four beach chairs, an umbrella, four beach towels, and a beach bag for our guests to use.
Additional beach chair set-ups on the beach are available during the peak season for an extra expense.

For your convenience, there are vending machines available on-site. Relax and rejuvenate in the men and women's saunas. If you need beach loungers and umbrellas, they are available for rent. During peak season, the Cafe at the large pool offers a variety of food and drink options such as hamburgers, snowcones, hot dogs, sandwiches, and sodas.

We take additional steps, such as using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This ensures that everything is hygienic and ready for your stay. Unlike many short-term rentals that wash blankets only once or twice a year, we prioritize cleanliness and make it our standard practice. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.
