Ideally situated within the family-friendly Splash Resort, this condo offers a 222-foot-long balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as shared resort amenities that include direct beach access, covered and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, interactive children's play pools, a donut/coffee shop, and a fitness center!

This 1,800-square-foot condo is part of Splash Resort, a Gulf-front property beloved by families on the quiet shores of Panama City Beach's west beach. You'll be just a few steps from excellent kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming in the Gulf, and great food and drinks at the on-site Riptide Snack Bar. If you're looking to explore the area, you'll be only three miles northwest of Gulf World and Pier Park, and eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach on the shores of 30A.

The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ok Experience

Beware of the slow elevators. Each wing only has 2 elevators to service 21 floors!!! Needles to say you will wait if you must take them. Fortunately bring in the 5th floor, we were able to just take the steps when possible.

Dishwasher “clean” dishes smell like dirty wet rags. DVD players don’t work properly; one in living room doesn’t have a remote and has a very loud humming noise. DVD player in master doesn’t play a movie all the way thru, I believe the circuit board is malfunctioning. Both need replacement. Living room sliding doors do NOT lock; which is a safety and liability issue. Cannot open freezer because the refrigerator is a “side by side” and it’s up against the wall so you are unable to open or use the freezer AT ALL. Children’s splash area water is way too cold to be open. Very disappointing that it’s not heated like adult pool. Master shower has a lot of mildew / mold on the caulking and handle inside the shower. Furniture & beds are very nice; well kept unit besides the issues mentioned. "rip tide bar and grill" hours are 10a-5p, and drink are $18. Frozen burger, children's chicken fingers and 1 adult drink was +$45.

Great Condo - 507W

The size of this condo was great for our family of 5. The condo was very clean and had modern furnishings. The kids loved the bunk beds. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Both bathrooms do have barn doors that do not lock so doesn't offer a lot of privacy. The secondary bathroom has access from the kitchen and the second bedroom with a barn door accessing the second bedroom, but a standard door for the kitchen access. Wasn't a huge issue. The balcony was huge and had ample seating including a high end pub style table. Balcony was accessible in three different ways: both bedrooms and living room. TV offered access to local cable as well as Netflix and Disney. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of dishes and utensils. Again, great condo and we would definitely book again! As far as the resort itself, I will say common areas could use some attention as they were a little dirty. I would agree with some previous reviews that the elevators do take quite a while. Booking on a lower floor allowed the option of the stairs in those cases. Parking is accessed via a skywalk which is very convenient. Note that the parking garage only allows for 7ft tall vehicles so if you have a taller vehicle or a carrier you will have an issue. Overall this was a great selection and was a very family friendly environment! We would book again!

Wonderful!

The room & service was amazing! We had a great experience & really enjoyed the space, love the small details! My only negative is the beach access, no ramp (beware if you have a wagon like us) & it’s a longer walk than others we’ve stayed at. Loved the water park for the kids & the pools/lazy river!

Perfect, updated rental with 2 masters!

This is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in. Our group really enjoyed it and it’s on a low floor so you can take the stairs if you absolutely have to. Nice furniture and appliances and you can control the AC yourself! Great unit and we had an awesome vacation. We can’t wait to come back! 10/10!

Great view and very secure room!
