This delightful, 18th floor condo offers breathtaking views of the sparkling, sandy-white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This vacation rental features nine-foot ceilings, colorful touches, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare everything from beach snacks to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine at the breakfast bar or the dining table. The on-site amenities at Seychelles include two pools, one with a connected pool spa, a sundeck, and a fitness center.

This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The cleanliness and decor was exceptional. The king bed was comfortable and I slept well. The 18th floor view from the balcony was incredible. We even got to enjoy the New Years Eve fireworks from Schooners. Would highly recommend 1808!

Great stay!

We had a spontaneous few days off so we booked this nice spot. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed, especially on the beach! I live on the panhandle and was fully expecting the mildew smell that inhabits most beach rentals but they have figured out how to prevent it! This was like our babymoon, I was very comfortable the whole stay and had great privacy. Can’t wait to bring our baby here when she’s old enough!

Affordable with everything you need

The room exceded our expectations. Everything was ready when we arrived. The only recommendation is that the blanket was really thin and the staff was unable to give us additional toilet paper. I would recommend bringing a warm blanket and additional toilet paper. Great place to stay with a great view!

The unit was great. The location provides a much less crowded beach that the "other end". A short distance to St. Andrews Park and very close to several nice restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked. A perfect view with beach service. It doesn't get any better.

Very clean beautiful view on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. When we reached out to the property for a blow dryer and broken washer dryer, they responded promptly and efficiently. They called a repair man, brought up clean towels and a blow dryer. The place was the cleanest property I've ever rented on the beach for Spring Break. Not a grain of sand on the floors. The view was spectacular. What more could you ask for?

Good but could use improvements

Location and price were great. Main issues were that it claims to sleep 6 but the pull out sofa is so thin and springy that I don't think anyone(even small kids) would be happy sleeping on it. Would be much better if that sofa were replaced with a trundle with real mattresses. Has issues with the door, something about the electronics that engaged the handle with the lock didn't work. Once we were locked out of our room over 2 hrs while the local team got a key made. Even with the new key it didn't work well and every time we left and came back it was stressful trying to get back in. If those 2 things were fixed (sleeper sofa and door lock) it would have been a much more pleasant stay.

Beautiful condo, hard to sleep

The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We went for our honeymoon during October 30th- November 3rd it was very calm and relaxing just a little cold. The condo was on the 18th floor, not sure if the sounds were wind or machinery in the building but it was pretty loud while we slept. We just turned on the tv to drown it out and it was fine. We would stay again.

Amazing stay!

This condo was so clean. I was amazed there wasn’t a trace of sand anywhere! It was well stocked and even had a little goodie bucket for my kiddo of beach toys. We loved the pools and how close to the beach we were. No long walks or lugging a million things down because of the beach service. Would stay again! You do have to “rent” your beach chairs each day so go early!

The view is unbeatable-absolutely stunning. The beach was not crowded. The pool and hot tub (only one set was heated during our stay) were great as well. Location is great and the parking spot makes everything easy. Would highly recommend.
