The spacious layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests—ideal for families or groups looking to unwind in luxury.

The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious jetted bathtub, and direct access to the balcony for an even better view. The two additional bedrooms are equally spacious with queen beds. There is a bonus area with twin bunk beds. And a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room to ensure plenty of room for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the tools you need to prepare meals, and the open-concept living and dining areas provide a perfect space to gather with family or friends. The living room features plush seating and a flat-screen TV, making it a great spot for movie nights or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

When you are not lounging in the condo, enjoy the resort's premium amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a hot tub. Guests also have access to a private beach area, only a short 3-minute walk away, perfect for enjoying the sun, sand, and surf.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and two parking spaces for your convenience. With everything you need for a memorable stay, Beachside Oasis 733 is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

Resort Fee: A $120 resort fee is required and payable directly to Laketown Wharf. This fee includes up to 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands for your stay (children under 12 do not need a wristband). A payment link will be provided after booking. If you have more than 2 vehicles, additional parking is available at nearby public lots.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property. The individual making the reservation must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for the actions of all members of their party. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Soccer tournament

Getting the car passes was a little confusing as we had to go to park then go to the Lobby and they needed our license plate so we had to walk back out to do that and come back. We had more than 2 vehicles so the others had to park off site. We were 12 minutes from the fields so that was nice. The lobby was not helpful in how you actually get to the crosswalks from the garage to the room. We were not the only ones getting back in the elevators to get to a floor with a crosswalk. Other than that our view was great, the condo was clean and comfortable. The host communicated with us quickly.
