Sterling Breeze sits directly on the white sand of Panama City Beach, perfectly positioned for both blissful relaxation and outdoor adventure. When you're ready for a break from the beach, you'll be half a mile from the Russell-Fields Pier and the famous Pier Park, which offers more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, movie theaters, and all sorts of entertainment. You'll also be less than four miles from Gulf World, Sharky's Beachfront, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect beach vacation

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is perfect. Right on the beach. The views are the most beautiful. Love being on the 7th floor. The heated pool was great. The hot tub was fabulous to relax in at night. The elevators are so fast, no time wasted waiting. The condo was perfect for our group of 7 and definitely one of the nicest cleaning jobs we’ve seen. We will definitely be back.

Slowly updating

Upon arrival we did have 2 new chairs and a new sleeper sofa. The unit had been deep cleaned and painted Also had some new pans, a new blender and I believe a new coffee maker

I loved the beach side location, the view off the balcony & the layout of the condo. It was very clean and well furnished. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Great parking in the ramp with skyway access. Pool and hot tub were great and it was walking distance to the pier and PCB area. Everything was wonderful and I could have stayed a long time!!! It was so relaxing to just sit on the balcony and listen to the waves on the ocean. The 7th floor is perfect in my opinion for a great view, but not too high up. The dollar store was close and great for flip flops, plastic drinkware for the beach and other items. We dined at Dusty's oyster bar the last night. Was an hour wait, so we just went back to the room for awhile. The food was great and the place had a local "bar at the end of the world" vibe. We has a great time!!

This is our 2nd year staying here and we noticed a lot of upgrades! The shower is amazing and I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was all provided! The beds were not super comfortable but that could be fixed with a mattress pad. The main thing I would change is that there were only 2 trash bags and we stayed 5 night. I totally understand not leaving a lot but I think one per night would be reasonable. By the 2nd night we were out of trash bags. The balcony was great and the upgrades made were great! It’s a beautiful place to stay.

This is not a review of the owners of this condo but the rental company and complex itself. We have stayed at Sterling Breeze multiple times in the past but it has been a few years since our last visit but this will be our last!No notification of room readiness when you do arrive earlyNo golf cart or rentals allowed to parkAwful sewage smell in room for 2 days and no resolution provided after calling number providedOn duty attendant you are directed to is rarely at the deskAfter we were bot allowed to park in the garage we were told we could rent a spot from Marcos Pizza down the road...this is not true and Marcos told us they have repeatedly asked both Tidewater and Sterling Breeze to stop telling guests this...they have an abandoned parking lot adjecent to them they said is usually safe fornparking but their parking lot is a strict tow away zoneWe arrive at 9 AM and knew check in was later but even with the knowledge we were waiting and pur knowledge of the housecleaning beginning at 9:30..seen with our own eyes we were not able to enter until 3 PM. They did not bother to call we just repeatedly tried out code until it worked through out the day. Definitely our last visit to this property

Beautiful home. Amenities lacking.

In short, the condo is lovely however the grill does not work. The clothes dryer does not work. The oven barely works. These are amenities myself and my family paid for to be able to use during our vacation. Between contacting Vacasa and Vrbo more than 3 separate occasions, non of these things were fixed during our stay and we still have not been given or offered a discount for these things not working. Like I said, a lovely home but the amenities are lacking and a place this nice and expensive to stay should be better and upkeep done for your renters. It was a disappointment. We have stayed in Sterling Breeze condos for several years and have never had an issue until now.

I'm coming back!

This home was perfect! I traveled down with my best friend, my daughter, and her friend (the original plan was for 2 of my friend's daughters to go as well, hence getting room for so many for only 4.) There is plenty of space, and not just space but a nicely decorated and inviting, comfortable home away from home. The interior is so nice I video called my hubby to give him a tour. The master bathroom is big enough to be a guest room on it's own. There's lots of room on the balcony for several adults, and of course the view is exquisite as well. It will be super sweet when the second elevator is completed- the operating elevator is very speedy so even with 23 floors there isn't a painfully long wait. And everyone we encountered there was helpful, courteous, and professional without being stuffy. I've never stayed the same place twice, but I'll be coming back here again!

Do not book this unit! It is managed by VACASA and they will enter your unit without notifying you. And then not respond to any messages. I spent HOURS of my vacation on hold on the phone with no response from them. Book another unit that isn’t managed by them!

great butroom for improvement... ...little cell service in condo. wifi never worked, tech support couldn't fix. Guest toilet was malfunctioning. Outside of thise simple fixes the condo was fantastic
